The whole thing is a mess and the one thing I want accountability for is the MASS trading and dumping of stocks just moments before the attacks.

The trail is there, but the dogs are refusing to follow the trail.

Yep, and Cheney is still out there claiming that there were long standing ties between Iraq and Al Quaeda based on things that have long since been proven to have never taken place. Makes you wonder.

Well I bet the commison wasn't given all the info that is in the files, some were probably put under "National Security" So they weren't released to the commision.

The administration has said there are and there aren't ties both a million times. If you read a lot of quotes right before we launched our attack you'll see the administration stepping very carefully, and implicitly making the link but not actually saying anything to get thrown in their face later. After our invasion once the whole thing started to turn in to Vietnam II, I guess they started to care less and began making blatant statements about alleged links between Al Qaida and Hussein. The only link I'm aware of is they were both contracted by the CIA, but for completely different situations.

The commision has asked repeatedly for memo's which are necessary to their 9/11 inquiries...but alas Chaney and Rummy are not bending. These documents were mandated to be turned over to the commisioners which makes it illegal for Rummy and Chaney to hold them hostage. I should plant a garden around the white house...at least make good use of the strawman tactics. Every time they are asked for information they turn to "National Security" It is their mantra of choice and most people just say "hmm ok good enough" and switch the tele back to As the Stomache Turns.

All this investigation and no one has *once* mentioned what happened on the grassy knoll.

But at least our impressionable children will be prevented from watching that treason-laden Michael Moore film and go do normal things like get awesomely faced and wrap their cars around trees.

And I'm sure that our esteemed congress has really gotten to the bottom of this 9/11 thing because the truth always prevails. Does it strike anyone as funny that there seems to have been more attention focused on how many pubic hairs were on Clarence Thomas' cola can than this silly issue?

/me is surprised at just how sarcastic he is this morning.
