Actually, I remember reading about that shortly after it happened, and a doctor or researcher someplace took one look at his photo and said, "Hey, that's dioxin-induced chloracne!" and everyone else just pooh-pooh'd him and told him to shut up. Heh.

Remind me never to get dioxin poisoning. That looks awful. :eek: Poor guy.

Dioxin is amazingly nasty stuff. Not bad, for something that's almost chemically inert. At least... it doesn't break down or change easy. Though surprisingly it's hard to reach a fatal dose with the stuff. I'm surprised they didn't use something more immediately toxic. Ricin comes to mind.

If you want long-lasting punishment, Dioxin is the way to go. The product, chloracne, (one of many symptoms) doesn't go away, may go into relapse only to flare up later. Here's some reading about it. Chloracne is pretty horrible unto itself, never mind what that chemical did to his major organs. Ugh.

They do have organized crime there though. I never said it had to be legit cash.

Unless you're talking about poisoning the minds of Americans with reactionary attack ads.

... by the way, Dioxin is nasty stuff. It's literally the "toxic" in toxic waste.
