If someone was to create a new sim what you like to have included in it? There are many malls and clubs here now.... Is there anything at all that you personally would like to have included? All suggestions are welcome  |

A beautiful, properly planned residential Sim. Custom-built houses, wandering paths, lots of trees, birds flying around, spacious lots and homes to rent from, with a minimal of restrictions.
Folks could rent the houses for a decent fee.

Centrally placed parks that invite community - meeting places, kids play structures, game-tables, stages for live performances, dispensers of free colorful gifts - wandering soulful encounters will all of God's creatures.
