I need information

Your driving me nuts. When I'm shopping I see words over the items telling me what is is or how much.

I do you do it?

I need two of them one that states GMT and ther other
PACIFIC TIME.

Please Keep it Simple I'm Stupid (KISS) with scripes.

I'm not sure what color I should use it is on a brown wall.
