Dwell is predicted throughout the day based on an assumption of certain conditions. These assumptions are necessary, as many factors have not occurred when dwell is predicted. Several of these factors will cause certain estimates to be higher than the actual result at the end of the day. This is normal and is operating as designed.

So dwell displayed any time other than shortly after 9:30 AM PST is actually an incorrect assumed value? Why isnt the true value used just shown for the entire day it represents? Im confused.
Does anyone else think normal is ... silly?
Can any players explain this better to me?
