I went underground to start a resistance movement - down with the lindens!

Actually, no, it was more that work demanded more of my time than I had to give, so I kinda had to take a (6 month so far) hiatus.

a couple people have been keeping me up to date on some aspects of the world that is linden, and I hope to be back soon, time permitting.

the problem with promotions is that people expect you to do more work... go figure.

Hah yes work is quite lame. I have a job and I sometimes even do it, but it's around such fast computers I go "benchmark" them by playing SL ;)

I'm jealous. :D

All I can do is wander around the forums. *shh!* ;)

Well, who knows. Maybe I can get them to go for that here. I'm thinking it's unlikely though as I think the people who report to me would be annoyed to see me goofing off - if coding in llscript can be considered goofing at all.

On the plus side, hey, my 1 year anniversary in the forums is coming up, maybe I can come out of semi-retirement for that.

I mean.. It feels weird to be in the forums but not the game for ever so long. I wonder if I'll remember how to fly when I get in-world or if I'll spend a week peeling myself from the side of giant floating heads and the like.

still a couple months off, but hopefully by then I'll have enough time to really make a run of it.

on the plus side, I did finally update my payment information today, so the lindens can start taking my hard earned money. Now all I need to do is figure out how to get them to do so. Once your account is cancelled I don't know if it can actually be reinstated through their web interface. *shrug* guess I'll email and find out.
