I was bored and thinking, dangerous combination I know. Anyway in my head I came up with the following two games, I thought I'd share my results and others are free to play along.

Game 1: The goal of this is to take an SL slang word and apply it in a different form or add something else onto it.

I came up with the following:

- Trafficate: What was previously known as "dwell"; To cause a property to gain Traffic points. "I would love to go and trafficate!"

- Trafficated: Same as above but post tense. "I trafficated all night!"

- Trafficater: Different from Trafficer, as a Trafficer may be one who causes much Traffic, a Trafficater is one who Trafficates. "I am such a trafficater."

- Dez: Short for De-Rez. "Dez that cube please."

Some of those may have already been used/created, but eh.

Anyway...

Game 2: Take a common slang word and use a real world example of a like situation in place. Inspired by many languages that have gradualy over time done the same.

- Pied Piper: A trafficer; One who causes much traffic often through Event listings or forum posting. "Wow she's a great pied piper."

- Livestock: Event goers; club goers; Based on the habbit of people to congregate into areas in large groupings, simular to livestock. "Weeee, I'm a part of the livestock!"If you're offended by this, I'm sorry, but its true.)

- Barn: A club or other event place; Where the Livestock go. "Look at that barn!" (not to be confused with an actual barn)

- Cheese: Cheese -> Fetah(sp) -> Feted -> Fetid Inner Core; A member of the Fetid Inner Core. "You know shes a cheese."

- Screendoored: To be ejected; Taken from the term, "don't let the (screen)door hit you on the way out.". "Haha, he got screendoored."

- Animation Ensemble: Avatar sex. "That was a great animation ensemble."

- Thespian: One who causes much dramah. "What a horrible thespian." (Yes I know it rhymes with Lesbian, you don't have to tell me.)

- Bitch and Bounce: To bitch about something then bounce off never to been seen again; Often done by alts. "Hey everybody check out this bitch and bounce, its bitchin!"

- Toner: Toner -> Copy Machine -> Copy -> Alternate Account; 1) An account used as an alternate as opposed to the main used account. 2) One who has many alternate accounts. "She's a real toner.", "She's got a toner."

I made up a word and it is used (rarely) among friends.

Potomanah. Its a compliment, used to describe a good looking woman. Its a derivitive of "hot potato momma". Devo fans seem to get it more than others

As a word, it went over about as well as my RL clothing design. Attached is a pic of my "goober dukes". I invented them as a male response to the "daisy dukes" craze of the mid 90's. I wore them a lot and I got a lot of interesting response, but they never caught on as a fad.
