PLease don't ask a question and then leave before anyone can answer it. That shuts down the chat room and makes it much harder to help you.

Hm, I would think some people get impatient or confused -- not knowing what's going on behind the scenes, especially if they've had bad prior experiences with tech support and don't know about the great Volunteers who help with LH -- maybe a brief message could be actually added to the intro of the Live Help window, informing folks -- newbies like myself especially :) -- that "PLEASE BE PATIENT!" ;)

Maybe a better clairification on exactly what live help is susposed to be used for could be of aid. And some ettiquite lessons.

Thus far Live Help has been used for everything from newbie help to casual conversation to announcements from the Lindens to advanced scripting and building questions.

The only ettiquette I would recommend is to please be patient, and recognize that 99% of the time you'll be talking to a fellow player, not a Linden.

People probably don't get that you wait for an answer, or some such, could be they crash too, if its a problem like "How do I stop my client from cra-"*closeIM*
