Has anyone used Elance.com ? Has your experience been good/bad? Is there another site that offers like services that you have used?

I'm finally trying to use my Graphic Design Degree and am drowning in research. I think this sounds like an alright service. Might have to dip in a bit before one gets any thing out of it, but what person who is just starting out doesn't do that?

I've also thought of using Ebay to sell my services (heh....kinky ;) ). Has anyone had any luck in that?
