Boardman Land Sale

I'm having a "Frell the Lindens Sale" in Boardman. My real esate agent scored some nice land in Teal for me, so I now have three blocks of land, totalling 4608 meters, that has to go. Go! GO!. I'm selling it ALL for half the market price. That's right, HALF OFF. It all must go. Come on down.

Just look for Jarod Godel's land. One's on the south-east side, another faces Kissling Isle, and the offensive warehouse marks the largest chunk.

Heh, sounds like someone spotted all my land in Teal was released. Good luck with it, Jarod -- the Apollo sisters made my life a living hell living there, I hope you have better luck with them.

I call "market price" the price of public land per square meter. Like, if you but one square meter now, you're pay L$1 for it. I think, and don't quote my math here, my sale is two square meters for L$1. So a 1024 square would, in theory, go for L$512.

James, they can't be much worse than what I've had to put up with dealing with the Lindens. That large plot of land by your new space in Boardman, the one with the warehouse, is up for sale if you want to expand.

What's so bad about the sisters?

Well, they banned everyone from their land in Teal, which gave me lovely red bars blocking my ocean view. Then when I asked them if they could turn that off, they harrassed me via IM, and then raised their land to TOTALLY block my view. They then built a massive building, and continued to verbally harrass me for about a week. I then went on vacation, i'm now back, and I've moved out.

As for Boardman, I'm buying up plots there, and I'm going to be building homes there. Real homes. The homes I'm building are actually being built in Weston, Florida.

I will look into your plots, Jarod.

James, I can totally dig the verbal harrassment thing. "You can't build that here." "Your building is too big." "It's not in the same theme." Those Lindens are a bunch of-- Oh, you meant the Apollo sisters. Meh. They haven't met me yet. And red bars, poor a concept as they are, ain't no thing. I have, lived next to the "Mystic midnight enchanted society of rooster vacuums" RPG group doing the same thing to me in Mauve. It's survivable. Thanks for the heads up, though!

Also, I subdivided that land in Boardman so you can buy pieces and sections as opposed to the whole wad. It's still 1/2-off, but now it's not as likely to bump you (or any buyer) over their tier.

I was disappointed seeing the SE corner of Teal waterway blocked. That was a vital access point and boat travel was effectively stopped cold by that terraforming. I dont care about restricted land, they get no dwell and its their business, but when it blocks routes of travel, its a drag.

James, sorry to see you leave Teal. It was really hard on me when I had to leave due to the land allotment issues. Teal will always be a special place to me even though I am no longer a land owner there.

good news! jarod has lowered a trench across his newly aquired land in teal. if ryan will lower the eastern tip (226,89) of her land a bit, we'll have an access to the eastern side of sage as far as madison gardener's place.

if ryan will also be so kind as to lower his little island (151,27), larger boats will be able to navigate around petey's platform.
