Hellen Keller Online Museum

I found this randomly the other day. It's an online Helen Keller bio, with lots of pictures and some video clips too. Everyone knows she couldn't see or hear, but this page points out she was sharp as a tack, highly educated (durring a time when most non-disabled women were not) and politically outspoken. She even wrote a letter to the Nazis chastizing them for their attrocious behavior.
Very intersting!

Thanks, Olympia. I got caught up in the site and spent quite a while there!

She wasn't just politically outspoken; she wound up as a US Ambassador.
