As a public service for those who cant install at work... and since it isn't on the official part of the board yet.

Second Life 1.2.4

The red tracking beacon no longer disappears if one of your
friends goes online or offline.

Windows no longer "bounce" up and down when the chat bar is opened
and closed.

Mini-map now has indicator of object usage for an entire simulator.
Hovering the mouse over the indicator shows the percent usage.
