As a design I preferred A. It was more lively, and because there were no long columns of text, it encouraged you to read what was there.

Actually, it took B longer to load on my machine.
Load times should be irrelevant anywho, since they're on two different servers, and said servers could be under different loads at different times.

Darwin, personally I like B better, because B looks friendlier to me  Red is considered an agressive color, which is natural in advertising, but I just dont like it that much Overall, both sites load quick and are readable. Just my 2 cents |

Which I would choose depends on who my audience was. The first one is more "professional" andwould better suit a business or technical audience, while the second one is more "people" oriented in design and would suit an "average Jane" sort of everyday audience wanting personal hosting. One is more cold and technical, while the second is more "open" and friendly. Personally, I dislike the colours of both as I dispise orange with a passion, and red isn't high on my list either. I would suggest a cool blue on the first one for an even more "virtual tech" feel that is a bit less aggressive looking, and maybe earth tones like greens and browns for the second one. Just my own opinions. Personally, I prefer to look at the first one myself, even if I don't like the red. --Tava |

Design B neither. they are both table-based so they don't resize to fit the resolution of the client's browser. In terms of how they look A is definately more professional. |

It's better that they don't resize, who knows what it'll look like on huge resolutions if it resizes.
If I had been here to vote, I would have said A. B has ugly people with mops on their heads. And they seem way too happy about it.

WTF is C3PO supposed to be USEFUL for anyway, besides whining? Stupid piece of scrap metal would be more useful recycled as a toaster. But even that would suck, because who would want to listen to a whining wussy toaster? Is he gold plated? If that's the case he should just be melted down into gold ingots.
