I am having PROBLEMS getting the paint program GIMP to work..I downloaded it but apparantly this is add ons, not the full program..IF anyone knows where or how I get the FULL program PLEASE lemme know!

Well, Paint Shop Pro is around US$100 for the latest copy. There is a free trial. It's worth buying compared to Photoshop, which is around US$1000.

Well gimp.org has a link for a windows download...
Anyway go here -> http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html Get the GTK+ 2 runtime environment, gimp needs it. Then right below that is the actual gimp for windows. Good luck, I use it and I like it a lot. |

Come on Moleculor, Camie is a relatively new player and you know full well that people use GIMP for texture/clothing creation in SL. You constantly flame players for asking questions, especially new players, which is just sad. _____________________

Yeah umm...Im sorry that I asked for some HELP, and it has to do with SL because I AM getting it to start designing for SL! thanks to all that UNDERSTOOD that and for those of you who didnt...BAH get losty!

By the way, as has been stated, a lot of us in SL use The GIMP... so if you need any assistance, just shout out, and someone will help... If you'd rather not use the forum, IM me in world. If I can help, I will, if not, I'll help you find someone who can.
