WELLLL... haven't seen this problem in a while so I guess SL is having issues again. My av used to be a man and after a tp problem.... well.. just look at the picture. I will warn you though, it ain't purdy.

The best way to reproduce this is to fly to a 50+ person event, fly as close as you can to it, then TP elsewhere.
Just as a note, this is still the same bug as earlier, and your avatar does NOT actually change in any way. If you go into Appearance and hit Cancel Without Saving, your avatar will revert to normal.

Just as a note, this is still the same bug as earlier, ..... Thanks for the info... actually already ditched the drag.  I'm really suprised tho that this bug is still around... even if in a really limited fashion. I thought they had fixed it after like 1.5.1 or so. Oh well. That was good for a laugh

This isn't an AV bug, it's a tp bug. All SL models are female. (Ruth) - the males are made through translation of the female model. When you lag out on tp, you may never get the command to do the conversion to male... fortunately it doesn't let you move around until this happens.

I use to have a problem kinda like that...my av would turn into this...horrible lookin monkey lookin woman ROFL..i just use to reboot and reput the shape and skin on and it would go back to normal..kinda creepy eh? |

I was able to move around and other were ablet os ee me as a women! Opening 'appearance' results in a desktop crash! I sent out a bug report and everything on this a couple days ago (again). |
