Omg! This is getting ridiculous! Im setting up a vendor, can hardly get it to communicate with server, now show only 4 items, screen black should show offline texture; I reboot and can't get in..someobody shoot me please.

If you happen to come up with it, will you see if there was something about the "crashing bug" being fixed? 6 times today and counting...

6? thats all u got crashed? man thats like an hour or 2 for me sometimes.

You guys really should take into consideration the scale of the things the Lindens have set up for us, here. You all know as well as I do that *anything* computer-related is bound to have problems, ESPECIALLY stuff that's never been done before... so what's the issue?

Give'em a break. I see alot more griping and impatience than I see of people asking and searching for information, getting irate and throwing fits more than I see people giving pointers and trying to be helpful. I'd like to see YOU folks run this.

Appreciate the work y'guys're doing. Good stuff, keep it up.

Maybe when I can afford it for a change, I'll get a subscription to help out.

I couldn't run it- not on my best day with a pot of coffee swimming through my veins or a mainline of Einstein's brain squeezings shot in for good measure. But as luck and my own moderate sense of ambition would have it, no one is paying me to run it.

This is ridiculous...completely and utterly ridiculous. I have never seen so many problems with something. For the amount of money each month that people put into this game, it should be running like a charm. Unbelieveable...

Myiasia the whole point has nothing to do with computer related things as far as I am concerned. It has to do with Linden Labs attitude of "let them eat cake" when it comes to customer service. We have been whining and crying for more stability in Second Life and what do we get? A new version even more unstable than the last one.

Am I the only one in the entire universe who knows you have to build upon a good business base? Listening to the glorious pictures of the future Second Life as painted by the whiz kids might be fun for the Second Life bosses but it is no fun for the consumers like me.

Umm people have every right to complain...we pay for the service.

The problem has been found, and repaired -- thanks Charity and Kelly! It may be a bit slow while the backlog clears up but things should be back to normal shortly. Thanks for your patience.

1: It's entirely digitally-based. If you want to invest in a project like this, it's your call.

2: Perhaps if people would lay off the impatient front and ask calmly rather than shove a bunch of garbage down their throats, they'd be a bit more nice to folks.

This may seem to be purely "business oriented" to you, but ALOT of us are here to just have fun and hang out in a place where we can represent ourselves as who we want to be and play as, not as an extension of reality, but a break from it.

I'm already there. See the one with a ton of debt over her head 'cause she can't get a job? Yeah, that 24-year-old (well, will be 24 come 4:00AM.. 4 hours from now, thereabouts) living her life by being a house maid to a place full of furs, trying to invent electronic devices to make some money and trying to get the fact she can work on, tweak and customise computers known to more than just the household? Yeah, that's me.

I've beaten that bush so much it's not even a pulp now. I'm lucky to have what I do, and grateful for it.

Greatful, rather. I'm tired, and going to bed now.
