We should have another Marshall plan like plan... maybe MARSHALL PLAN TWO!

With this plan, we will rebuild Iraq (allready underway) and southeast asia. We will americanize them to the extent that all heavy industries in these countries are owned by US based a board of US based companies (<- for some reason this looks like its spelled wrong)
Through these we can blackmail the workers into voting for an american appointed candidate for the presidency for that country. They will effectivly become our puppet states. Bahaha!
