Groups: how to share lands?

Can someone tell me how to "put" land and money in groups?? or tell me where to find these information??

groups don't actually have (hold) money. they accumulate payouts from sales and dwell, but it's only a paper entry that is paid daily in equal shares to each group member. the only way to "give" money to a group is to deed something saleable to a group then purchase it. people sometimes do this just to spread a little wealth among the members.

land can be deeded to a group if (1) the owner sets the group and checks the allow deed box in the about land windows and (2) a group officer presses the deed button. the group must have enough allocation assigned to it for the transfer to be effective. you can contribute allocation to a group using the land tab in the group window or by checking the "owners contributes allocation with deed" box in the about land window.

you can take your allocation from a group at any time by changing the amount on the land tab group's window. you cannot take land back from the group unless you're an officer and able to set the land for sale to yourself. never deed land to a group unless you are willing to have it sold out from under you. friendship and trust are cute and all; but never deel land to a group unless you are willing to have it sold out from under you.

finally, groups have a ten percent bonus added to the allocation contributed to them. if you contribute 1000 square meters of allocation to a group, it'll actually be able to own 1100sm of land!
