I tried to log on just the other day....
But Second Life was down - so I couldn't play
Some reactions on the forums - mostly knee-jerk
..I couldn't read em all, I had to go to work...
I just sent off a P.M. to a friend or two...
I know you're gonna log on soon, yeah...
And when I get home I can log on too....
Now the log ons all buggy, yeah it's all snafu....
Andrew says it's fixed, but we'll wait in a queue..
The updates downloading, but I don't know when..
Maybe I can log on then... hmmmm...
I'm waiting at the queue's far end.............

Don't bank on it, Sig. As far as I can tell from his response in another thread, the sum total of the update is a change to the line of text that says 'preparing inventory' to 'waiting in queue' or something. Andrew mentioned that with a bit of luck, people who were downloading it wouldn't be trying to log in and the queue would shorten. Hehe.

Actually I've had very little trouble getting into SL thus far - but this download may be the charm. Just thought I'd make a lil light of it and hope we can all get a lil chuckle out of what has been a very frustrating experience for a lot of peeps. Siggy. Edit: Nope - straight in -- sorry folks ...
