As far as guilty or not, I haven't seen all the evidence so I cannot make an informed decision.

However... as to his coolness, he WAS cool! And incredibly talented. I just honestly think he's insane - I can't think of any other reason for his behavior over the years.

I'd be the first one to admit that the media blows shit way out of proportion. But this time around I think it's over for him. He's paid families off in the past to the some of 15-20 million dollars to silence them. I mean the guy just isn't there in the head. Hanging his children of balconies, a themepark house aimed at children which he just happens to live at... I mean if you use common sense and put 2 and 2 together you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see wtf is up with him.

If he isn't guilty on the dna evidence from findings at his "ranch". Then testimony will surely be the nail in the coffin this time around. And I don't think the parents are gonna take a payoff this time either.

Even though I am not a Michael Jackson fan (I like his music but not him), he totally gets the benefit of a doubt. No comment until all the evidence is out in court.

At the very least, very stupid of him for having exposed himself (no pun intended) to that kind of situation.

Guilty, meh...Innocent, meh....weird definately....Just wanting to hang out with other peoples kids is pretty freakshow IMHO, dunno if he got all feely or not but those parents should be asking themselves exactly how stupid do you have to be to let your kids have a sleepover with a then-30's-ish man. I guess fame and money can blind any eye....

Things look pretty bad for the King of Pop. If, by some weird set of circumstances he is innocent, the truth is sure to be pretty damn freaky. I don't see him getting out of this easily.

The recent fingerprint evidence could be actually circumstantial. It doesn't really prove that he and his alleged victim were looking at the magazine together. Let's be honest. Who among us hasn't stumbled across someone's porn stash, and taken a few peeks?
