Imagine 3 murders of children happening in your home town. 3 teenage suspects with alibis are tried at court. There is no evidence tying them to the murders and no motive. When the police find conflicting evidence, the police lose it or ignore it. The father of one of the children, who has a violent history, makes one kid unconnected to the case beat up another kid unrelated to the case in the street at gun point... with a knife (after his own child was killed with a knife). Later, the father's wife dies mysteriously. The police aren't pursuing the investigation but have determined it to be an "undetermined" cause of death and left it at that. One of the children had bite marks on him. The bite marks didn't match the 3 teenagers accused. The father had his teeth removed by an oral surgeon after the 3 kids were murdered. The jury found the 3 teenagers guilty based on "expert" testimony about "Satanic rituals" and people who wear all black. One of them is now on death row. The father is free. http://www.wm3.org

This might not matter to many people. I grew up near all three of those boys. I had a personal relationship with two of them, I am related to one of them. From my personal experiance with them and their families, I know they did not commit those crimes. I also know my own personal judgement means nothing when SOMEONE must be held accountable. I do think someone should be held accountable, most people know who that person should be, but three innocent kids should never have had to go through this. All we can do is show our support and hope for the best. And if anyone here can, please visit the site Chance posted.

He. Isn't. Even. Rich. It's easy to get away when no one wants admit they made a mistake. I mean who would you want to see in jail a crazy old man or 3 kids who wear all black.  It really is sicking. The thing that bothers me the most is that all kids go through a "goth" phase... it could have just as easily have been anyone else to have been framed. |
