This may not belong in this forum area, if not, please move it to where it should be, onward...

In the FAQ at the bottom there was a link to the Mac v1.2 Beta, I was wondering if any Mac users had tried this, what they thought, what its about, what the UI looked like, etc. If someone could post info about this that'd be great :)

I've posted a pic of the mac GUI in the Mac forum. If that's the final 1.2.0 GUI, I'm upset. I really wanted a TOTAL upgrade, not the same color scheme and basically the same GUI with some minor changes.

The current Mac code is the 1.1 Mac alpha. Mac beta coming soon.

We'll get a preview grid up for all to check out 1.2 at start of next week.

I guess the link isn't updated then?

From the 1.2 FAQ:

Mac Attack!

Second Life's Beta v1.2 for Apple Macintosh has finally arrived! Mac enthusiasts with compatible systems (1 GHz G4, 256 MB Ram, ATI Radeon 8500/GeForce2 or better, and OS X 10.3 (Panther)) can add their flavor to Second Life's creative soup.

Is the link provided with that a link to the 1.1 alpha and not the 1.2 beta?
