After being extremely dissapointed in the "pirate" sims in SL, i decided to open a store that sells only piratey things!
its at: Lanercost(144,112)
however, our inventory is rather small right now, if you would like to place a vendor in the area to sell your piratey goods, go ahead and put one in the store and send me an IM, ill make sure it stays there. if you don't know how to use a vendor, just send me an IM and ill make you a reall nice piratey one

for the rest of you...what would you want to buy from a piratey store?

Heh, don't you guys have "A pirtates life for me" playing 24/7?

It's cool to see more piratey things though, but one of your neighbors(the ones with the machine shop and such) I advise you try and invest in some more airworthy boats!

I hope you find more cool piratey stuff to sell soon. I be countin' on stuff like buried treasure (replicas, if not the real deal, arrr

) and armanents of all kinds... not to mention GIANT SEA SQUID! Er... why did I just say that... hehe...

arr matey, we do have "pirates life for me" as well as some other mp3's we hope to add eventually (cant find those great songs from the neverland sim though) also, what do ye mean by "more airworthy ships?" those babies have sailed the seven servers! they fly better than any plane i've evar seen! some of them are even for sale!

I want a pet parrot!!! Arr!! A small one, that be flyin' around occasionally and then landin' on my shoulder! Arr!! 'Twould be acceptable if it sometimes made squawking sounds or pirately comments! Arr!

(Temporarily rezzed parrot droppings optional.)

I have most of the parrot model built, if someone can help make the dang thing fly... that llSetRot* stuff has me beat. Arr.

LOL Surreal, I can't help with that one, but you can get the Jack Sparrow avatar and the Edward Scissorhands avatar at DarkDharma's Avatar Isle in Benten.

Jediborg, besides her pirate avatars DD also sells pirat items there, you might want to take a look and IM DarkDharma Daguerre and offer her vendor space at your store.

If you're taking suggestions for MP3s, I think you need "A Capital Ship" (a.k.a. "The Walloping Window Blind"

. A casual web search suggests it shouldn't be too hard to find one.

just so you know, i contacted DarkDharma and he was Thrilled to have a pirate store to sell things. i just added some pirate sound clips so you can make your own piratey guestures now! because of this and DarkDharma's contributions, the pirate store is looking quite respectable! again, if you have piratey things you'd like to sell, go ahead and put em there! there's plenty of shelf-space available. Im not in this so much for the money, but more for the desire to have a decent pirate store where anyone can go and buy piratey things!

Drop me an IM if you want to talk about selling stuff

also, does anyone know the name of that song that played in neverland? the captain hook song?

there are no plans to currently sell pirate ships, i currently have two of the flying variety, some members of the plundering pirates expressed interest in selling pirate ship replica's, i dunno, would ya'll be interested in buying pirate ships?

I dropped one of my parrots and a swing on your profile. I have a vendor with three parrots and several stands, swings, etc. that I could put in your store. All items are L$1. If you check out Parrot Island, you can see most of the items up close.

I have been involved in other pirate projects in SL and am interested in yours.
