Players Magazine has just been published. This being it's first issue, there may be some bugs to be worked out. We tried very hard to make it as easy as possible for the owner to read. Instructions are included in the magazine stand.
Players Magazine is written, produced and published by players in game. It can currently be purchased at Pendari's and Club Elite in Federal. Club Vogue, Asmos Records and Chip Midnights store in the center of the map. We hope to have more outlets very soon.
The magazine stand also gives a list of contents. This is an adult publication with the purpose of entertainment and information that serves the players of Second Life.
Players Magazine is interested in being contacted by any writers who want to contribute.

Good luck with this new venture Mari! I hope it's a huge success for you. I know you guys worked really hard putting it together. I'm looking forward to seeing the first issue

I wish you the best of luck with the magazine Marilyn! I am thrilled to have one of your newstands in my shop, and I plan to become a regular subscriber myself. Just from the glimpse of the Table of Contents on the first issue, I can tell this will be a wonderful asset to the community!

Edav, you need to drag the contents to your inventory and then you can open the notecards Fun reading. Great job all

We solved edav's problem.
For security reasons there are several convoluted locks on this magazine that i really dont even understand. lol, sorry.
Anyway, basically what u do is, purchase it, create a new file, set the magazine out, access contents and transfer them to ur new file.
So far this has worked, i am hoping to come up with a better way to make it work, but give us a break, its our first issue. We will be trying to make it simpler.
Jellin, of course u were my first choice, then something happened, then somethng else, then something major, then that thing with the flu, and then something else, so now, i think like issue 51, maybe, right before Malachi and Asmo.

I tried to drag the contents to my inventory, but for some reason it took it a bit to work. I had been pretty laggy for a little bit before I got the magazine, so maybe that contributed to it. Anyway I'd like to thank Marilyn Murphy for coming to my aid. |
