Hi

I'm brand spanking new at this (10 minutes in world time...) and I apologise if this has been asked before - I did search the forums, honest.

I just got into the world for the first time on my free trial, got about a minute off the welcome island and got an IM telling me to log out. It did say something about checking the service status to see when it was back up (which I ought to have paid more attention to, evidently) ... but I can't find a service status page?

Help!

How do I know when I can log back in?

Cheers for that. Am I mad, or is that not linked from anywhere on the website? It ought to be more visible, even if it's post log in.

And thanks for the welcome... I have yet to meet anybody bar that parrot.... but I am looking forward to it. It looks awesome!
