Yes that includes Newbies, Trial Users and Old-timers as one.
And why would Xavier say place all others above himself?
Well that goes back to the first part as all are created without accident, with conscience thought of mind and matter.
That our true happiness and existence depends on all beings. Each interacting in its own way.
That being the case all beings are genuinely priceless to be cherished and worshipped as ones self.
