Those wonderful Stipend Bonuses

There's been several comments to support that people who expected to receive a stipend bonus for this week did not.

We've uncovered the issue and had a hippo sit on the gnome responsible until it paid out the bonuses correctly. So people's weekly stipend bonuses should be correct now.
