Bhodi Tree Artist's Colony

I'm pleased to announce that I have aquired a small plot of land that will become The Bhodi Tree Artists' Colony. This space can be used to work on projects in a group, hold workshops, or simply create something on your own in relative peace. This purchase was made possible by a very generous gift from Skrull Money.

FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE BHODI TREE ARTIST'S COLLECTIVE:

This is my proposal:
- That the BTAC hold the land as a group to share the tax burden.
- That the permanent objects be limited to a small stage w/benches and an information kiosk - all to total no more than twenty prims so that 130 prims are always available for artists working on projects.
- That we make an effort to hold at least bi-weekly events there. Appropriate events would include master classes, contests in which each participant creates something on the spot, and other "creative" events.

I am a TERRIBLE builder/terraformer. I'm also looking for a Collective member who will come and help me build the stage and flatten out the plot to make it more usuable.
