I just built my house in Green. When I went to turn it around I also tilted it. How can i lower it just a little and level it with the land?

Don,

An easy way to level an item that becomes unlevel by the rather inconstent rotation tool (it will often rotate on more than one axis, even when you have only one selected) is to go into the Object tab of the item, and work with the rotation numbers. You will probably notice or more of the numbers have changed. Try to get those numbers to 0,90, or 180 whichever is closer to the angle it is currently at. For example, if something is rotated at -30, getting it back to 0 should level it out. I get things out of alignment all the time, and using multiples of 90 (0,90,180 or -90,-180) will level it out - you just need to experiment. Let me know if you need any more help with it.

The easiest way to do it is to use numerical entry in edit mode. Right click your house and go into edit. Look for the xyz rotation fields. You should be able to tell which axis you're tilted on. Just put the number for that field back to zero.

When you're rotating things with the rotation gizmo you can constrain the rotation to a single axis by putting your cursor over one of the axis lines that go around the rotation sphere. (red = x, green = y, blue = z). It will light up when your cursor is over it. If you then click and drag on the rotation sphere the object will rotate only around the selected axis.

Hope that makes sense :)
