Scaling back

RL issues and lack of time to really run any SL-based business has led to me putting almost half a sim of my land up for sale. I'll still be around from time to time, as I'm employed building on a private Sim, but I won't be as active in the community as I once was. I'm keeping a couple of scenic areas to sit and meditate in during the rare times I can be in SL for relaxation and fun.

My land is posted over in the Land Sales forum. I'm hoping someone will want to take over and run the condo rentals and mall, but I'm cynical.

It's been fun, and I know it will be fun again. But for now, I need to concentrate on my job as well as things outside of SL. My apologies to any of my tenants who may find themselves out of a home - I tried to contact everyone, but my records database was sorely out of date. Feel free to start a "landlords suck!" thread here. I won't be reading it.
