The title of this thread is misleading. The actual content of the article states that while inital reports had the turnout at near 57%, officials are now being dodgy and evasive about the actual turnout, saying it'll be another week or so before we know the answer.
In other words the title should be "Iraq voter turnout unknown." _____________________
