I Give Up!!! Today only quick sale auction.
Start placing your bids for a Good sized piece of property in Mocha that currently is running at around 50% Prim count. This Auction will end at 5:p.m. PST today only. After that the property will go on release.

This area is currently known as the SL Welcome House. It has a nice dock and a enclosed lagoon, but all of this will be gone!...This is only for the land only. If you want the land the starting bid is at $3000. It gets good traffic, right on the water for those who want to build boats or for sealife and it back up a hill that has Olive right on the other side.

So my reasons for doing this are as follows so just be warned.

When I moved to Mocha the Sim was pretty bare, but since it is a PG sim everyone is now moving in. I have decided that it would just be better to become a vagabond, except that I have a little bit of property in DW right now. Also I don't want to be in a sim where the neighbors start their big projects and start heading them towards your place and then decide to ask someone else if you are willing to sell your property, since you have been there for 3 months now and are established in that location. Start your big projects guys, but you should talk to your neighbors too about your plans.

So I am now leaving, this Auction of the land starts now and will close at 5:00pst today. Grab it up!!! Before someone else does.

There has been some odd land-buying activity there. Someone bought the land under a portion of my shop, which overhung public land a little bit, then lowered the land... I had trees and bits of my shop hanging in mid air. Strange.
