I noticed that I haven't noticed any Second Life websites! So, without a webkit (since the only good, free website place I could find required me to use their webpage builder) I'm creating a very quick and dirty SL site at http://www.davekap.tk. It will contain a weekly update of the latest frequently asked questions, which could be about the latest build, or somthing very general.

I will not, however, be archiving these questions. I would really find it helpful if someone else would like to do this.

So, without further ado, my proposal:
The next five posters to this thread will get their questions up at the site (yes, this is a speed challenge). Although it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you actually ask a relevant question that pertains to Second Life, you can pretty much ask anything you want.
Please, ask the one thing you want to know the most about Second Life. Repeat posts will not be accepted. Those who post after the first five may get their question posted on the website if I either feel it necessary, or if a week has passed and I need new questions.

If the system changes, I'll edit this post to let you know. So go on, tell me what's on your mind?

I have a question that I know myself and many others still find confusing. Not sure if it is the type of question you are looking for, but I'll give it a shot.

How exactly are taxes calculated and handled in SL?

PS: I may be able to help with archives for you if no one else wants the duty. It would be a simple task for me to set up and would only require a link from your site to the archives. Nothing fancy, but it would at least preserve the questions till they are outdated. Just let me know.

Maybe I could do a little website about DarkLife when we have the final version with PvP fights

Maybe some kind of DarkLife leaderboard and some general info.

And I would like to let you know that I can sponsor anybody who wants to do a seondlife website. I work at webbuilding company and I get free webspace+email (with php and mysql) and a .nl domain name.

So I was thinking I could get www.SLfans.nl (or something like that) and put a dir on that (ie www.slfans.nl/darklife) for each project or goup that wants to.

Well I do need to know how much people are interested in this idea, and what website you would like the best (I think www.secondlife.nl is not a very good choice, maybe SL itself would like that domain somewhere in the future)

If you are interested in making a SL website let me know by replying and tell me what domainname you'd like the most.

Best question I could think of right now, heh. I noticed there were hardly any SL sites (I think I found one) was thinking of doing one myself, but wasn't sure what I'd put on it, maybe some scripting help or something *shrug*

I think www.slfans.nl is good, don't want it to be too long, I might be interisted in using that later if I think what to do, heh.

It's in Clementina. Open up the Find dialog, click on the Places tab, and click on Search. The Governor's Mansion is listed there.
