Just wanted to give Petey a great big THANK YOU publically for his quick action in buying up "Public Land" in Slate and then selling it back to the group for what it cost him to purcahse it.
Petey, we figured out what happened. Apparently Falchion Smith has let his account lapse and therefore, his land, which he was suppose to sell to us before leaving, went public.
Thank you again for helping the Slate Community remain a wonderfully flowing SIM where everything just seems to fit!

Unfortunately I believe you are correct. Although, it wasn't on the land when Petey sold it to me, so most likely, it was auto-returned to Falchion. Sorry.

If you would like, we can chat about the possibility of getting you some land. I won't promise you anything though, we are working hard to finish up our latest project, and hopefully will have the Grand Open soon! After that, if the Project turns out to be popular, we are thkinkg that we might chnge the whole SIM to make the project. If we do that, it could be at that junctiure when you might be able to get some land, as long as you would keep the building in the Theme.
