Well I have been experiencing Second Life for about a week now. I subscribed on my third day. I have to say that I am completely amazed with it. Being able to build anything you can think of is simply mind boggling. Creating avatars that are only limited by your imagination is incredible. But what makes SL such a great experience is the people. Almost everyone I have encountered over the past week has been wonderful. I have met many wonderful people. These people have helped me get the most out of my time. It is also great to just fly around and talk to whomever I may bump into. So thank you to all who have made this past week so great for me. I would also like to thank the mentors and liasons. I look forward to seeing all my friends and making some new ones the next time I log on. I have just one complaint... I'm addicted already! I know what you mean. The Liasons are a great bunch. Eveyone that I met are very nice. This board has a great group on it if you have a question or just want to post.
I'm not sure but you and I are only a few day apart.
Have fun and do not let leg get you down.

Welcome Jordan. It is a wonderful journey you are about to take part in and you are right on the mark...in the end its the people that makes SL such a fantastic place to be.
After all if there was no one on earth ..it would be just another big rock in space.

Welcome to the asylum. What a rush, huh?? And it's so much cheaper than Crack! The good news, Jordan, is that it only hurts the first time the needle goes in. The bad news...if you think you're addicted now, just wait until version 1.1 is released. If your local warehouse club sells Hot Pockets and Gatorade by the gross, you might want to begin stocking up right away.
