WTF is C3PO supposed to be USEFUL for anyway, besides whining? Stupid piece of scrap metal would be more useful recycled as a toaster. Why would you boycott people who went on the USO tour?
And what's with the making fun of them? They want to help, and this is how they choose to do so. I'm fairly certain that none of those in the audience there would be going "Oh Tom Green? Damn it why couldn't it have been Tom Hanks? Man, this sucks... bastards shouldn't have come here unless they have been on People Magazine."

Whether you believe in the war or not, USO is for the soldiers, the kids digging metal out of junkyards just to survive, fighting for what they believe. If these celebs were performing in Washington that would be a different story.

I understand but I don't understand. There is a very distinct difference between disagreeing with the reason we attacked another country and supporting soldiers who are doing their jobs. It's kind of like my dislike the reasons for attacking anothr country, but since we have soldiers over there getting blown up, what the hey, let's send em some armor.

Interesting....this blurb was in the latest Henry Rollins' newletter...
"I have another USO trip planned for December. This will be the 4th one in a year. I think they are wondering about me at this point but while I don’t like our current president and feel our invasion of Iraq is easily the biggest blunder in our lifetime, I like meeting the troops, seeing a bit of what they’re going through and trying to learn more about what’s happening over there."
