I've noticed a lot of new users have been getting old dates on their accounts (like Aug / Jun 04) .. but I have yet to see any new users get dates pre Jun 04.

I guess we have a cut off date for FIC membership, eh?

For example:

Join Date: Aug 2004
Posts: 1

However, in SL he has a March/05 birth date.

What I want to see is a new user in these forums with a

Join Date: May 2003

No, Blaze. It means that this guy signed up earlier on the website, probably as a trial user, and didn't use the system until later, if that. Sometimes, people DO log onto the website, sign up, and actually -look through the forums- for a while before giving SL a try.

What do you think happens, some newbie logs on, and LL "dubs them FIC", (maybe through a random drawing?) and then, conspiratorially "backdates" their account?

You guys are really, really sorry. Every little shortfall in SL that you experience, every time you're sleighted, "It's not me, it's the FIC!"

Do you also believe that fluoride in our water is a form of mind control?

My join date on the forums is actually wrong. I joined SL in April 2003, but only found the forums a while later.
