Hi. I was once one of the beta testers of SL. I really enjoyed it during testing but was low on income when subscriptions started. So i just allowed it to expire.
Ive recently decided to try out the game again. however i find that my old account name is still in the system. This means i cant recreate the account to play the game.
Now many of you may be asking: "Why not just use the old account"? well the problem is i cant start a subscrition with the old account. whenever i try. i get a page that states my billing account is "cancelled". so i cant use the old account and i cant use my old name. this is frustrating for me. can someone (preferably a linden) help me out?
