Don't believe what you read in the presses, believe what you hear on the $treets. Ole' Shepp dogg had government around well before the NuttyBlogger project. Shepp's government was absolute: Shepp served as King of the Roost. Dictator. Head Balla.

Now for those of you who dont remember the ole' Balla Regime we're going back to school:

Lets review the constitution: Whatever Shepp said was law. Yeah, there was a lot of other BS printed on books and blogs, but lets face it, that was all shiznet to mask the true king: Ole' Shepp!!

There were 3 branches of government:

(1) Judicial: The courts enforced those laws Shepp deemed fit
(2) Executive: Run by da man.... SHEPP!
(3) Legislative: Enacted laws thunk up by the man himself: Shepp

Tsk, tsk...all this bullhockey about first government.... true first government was fostered and developed by that foo' we all love: Sheppdogg!!

Yea but your gov't took you all but 5 minutes of work to create. The other one had much more collaboration and effort involved.
