I am here to assure you that there are indeed problems with broken logins and TPs and transactions, and they are being worked on being fixed right now. It was not planned, so it is not routine maintenance. What we have is a system error that is actively being addressed as I type this out as quickly as I can.
If you can communicate with anyone in-world, please advise them not to do anything - it would be better to log off for now in fact so that there aren't further risks to your inventory or L$ balance. Please spread the word that yes, we are working on it!
Apologies for the inconvenience, there is no ETA but do know we are hoping to find a fix as soon as absolutely possible.
Please watch Announcements and read the forums for further updates as the news breaks.

That Hamlet, he is all wet from the dunking still. Actually, I suspect the problems may have been caused by all the excess water that came out of Lindens in the office and flooded the server. J/K
Maybe we need another dunking! |

OK, latest news, please let EVERYONE know to read here for updates, what happened is this: There were some problems with the primary servers that started a chain reaction. Think of a setup of dominos, how when you knock one down, then all the others will start falling. So there was a cascade, a sort of ripple effect and more and more servers stopped responding. Good news is since we know that, the problems will be dealt with more effectively. Now we have to pick the dominos up, and if you can please help us spread the word it will help so much. Sorry guys and I know how you all feel! |
