I think yoou misunderstand. You're in charge of DROPPING used gum wrappers in the Welcome Area. Actually, it's a difficult and harrowing mission. There's a lot of respect that goes with the duty. Or, if you don't like that assignment, how about a position in the Lifer's Secret Police? You'd be in charge of keeping this whole thing a secret
