Is anyone taking part in the Fileplanet stress test of World of Warcraft that started yesterday? I am downloading the client now - I can't wait to play it again - I was completely addicted to the last stress test, and I normally hate MMORPGs.

I'm not going to pay for the test.

I've been in closed beta for a month or so now. I'm excited to see these next phases of beta for WOW, and am glad even more people are getting to try it out.

Though I'm still in the process of aquiring the new beta client. 2.5 gigs is kinda painful. ;)
Have fun Cristiano!

I've been playing for a few days now and have toons on test 4 (East) Horde and test 12 (mountain) Alliance. 7th and 4th levels respectively.

I really feel WoW is a "dumbed" down MMOrpg, not to say I'm not having a blast, there is a large group of friends playing as well and thats where the fun comes in. Alot of them were in closed beta for the duration and from the screenshots and writeups they've been doing the last few months I think its a safer bet than Eq2 at this point and the game will shine alot more post 30'ish.

The ones who are also playing in the EQ2 beta (damn them and their elitist gaming connections. ;) ) are adamant that EQ2 is no where near a release candidate and VI are pushing it out very soon anyway, in an attempt to keep from losing their players to WoW.

As long as Leila enjoys this one I'll be playing for a good long while if anyone is interested in joining a serious guild on a full PVP server drop me a PM.

We're about 30 strong and won't be forming our guild or voting on the name until retail release.

These are very sad times to be an American but where is the rage among the citizenry? Where are the flag wavers who so laud the freedoms symbolized by a flag and written by quill pens in our constitution? Why are we not rallying in the streets against this sort of attrocity? Why because we are gluttonous lazy bastards who say it won't happen to me so who cares. --Ishtar Pasteur
