I understand that the "c" sound can sometimes be difficult to distinquish from the "s" sound, especially when dealing with a rushed or hurried situation, but is can sometimes be helpful to proof read one's work before it becomes public. The word is actually prounounced with a "sh" sound followed by the dipthong "ia" which would sounds like "e" followed by the "L" sound rather than the implied long "c" sound implied by the use of "c" in the above word.
