Well, I was just logging on in one of my older msn accounts which I dont use much anymore and was duly surprised to see some people there who still remembered me. Inevitably, the topic boiled down to cybertown, the website where I met most of them there.

Cybertown was sort of like secondlife in the sense that it was a 3d chat community. We have 3d avatars which we could customise and we could create items there. I've been quite addicted to it for about a year, till the time when it announced that it was implementing a subcription site. Lost alot of friends who did not want to continue, I left too this february when I found that it wasnt as enjoyable as before.

So, anyway, the topic that offda asked me was, do you think there are people from sl who used to come from cybertown? And I thought, dohz, why didnt I ask that here in the forums before .. lol

So, were you? I used to be called spyfaerie in cybertown

Cant miss my green stripey socks! (Gosh I miss that!)

Let me know if you were from CYT! It would be nice to have a get together again

I was in cybertown for a while before it went to subscription. Years and years ago... must've been around 98-99.
