Ok... Im really confused at this point, about how auctioning land is going to be. I specifically bought more land allotment because I needed room to build. I wanted to have a 'home' in welsh.. not a project thing where I would just tear it down whenever I got bored.

Im simply NOT going to pay EXTRA $US dollars for a BID when My allotment says I can buy more under it. Is this confusing or am I not thinking it straight?.. cause last time I remember.. all transactions for land were through $L. Even if I pay by $L.. its STILL paying double, but at least its not double for $US. Can someone clearify this?

I think the Lindens are doing auctioning to make us use up our linden dolllars.

Or to make it so that once the land is buyable, people can't just grab it. A false sense of value for the land.

The plots in the new M sims for auction are specific plots - no funky plot shapes, no buying just one block.

I maxed out my allotment in clyde on 3 parcels that don't touch. This was because I wanted my land allotment all in one sim and do not have enough L$ to participate in an auction. I don't like this new 'auction' atmosphere. Makes much of the land unattainable.
