But it didn't do a damned about stopping folks from making copies of my skins and handing them out with full permissions. If something is no copy it should damned well ought to be no copy, period. Oh well.

It may have fixed the exploit but your skin has been copied already. Not sure if there much Lindens will do about that. Unless they go to extremes and find every skin.  |

No, I mean it can still be done since I tested it after the update. I had a friend test it and then give the skin to another friend and they still get all the copies they want with full permissions and can be given out 'till the cows come home.

I think it has been beaten to death on the forums but yes, I did today just in case. I was told that Phillip was working on it and I assumed this latest update addressed the problem but it does not.

After the patch, and like I said, they were aware of the problem before. I made an assumtion that this was what the patch was for, I was wrong..
