First lets decide what kind of poll it should be!

I suggest using alumninum, they make good polls and have a nice sound when you hit them.

Also the poll should be linned with drama with a touch of sarcasmic wit and should ALWAYS make mention of <hotbuttonissue>.

A good SL poll should also be entirely biased towards the answers you want to manipulate people into choosing in the way it's wording, and optionally the choices you present should show just a glimmer of what a narrow minded bigot you really are.

But don't worry, because even if you 'lose' because people see thru your obvious agenda, it makes little difference because you can put some BS spin on the result to try and convince people it came out in your favour anyway.

Pie is required in all quality polls. Lack of Pie disqualifies your poll for "Poll Of The Year" award.

The type of Pie should vary based on your position and should somehow indirectly be associated with your skewed poll towards your hidden agenda.

The post you make with the poll should consist of either A) an extremely long post that uses large words there-by making people not want to read it, missing your point totaly and only reading the poll B) be one sentance, paragraph, or less and consist of letters such as "u" standing by themselves.

Your poll should always have bars that are different colors and go left to right with a percentage sign after them and the poll choice to the left. Any other form will be considered a forgery and hold no Poll Value.

Only the best polls are edited by a Linden, most likely Jeska Linden, extra points if any other Linden edits your poll (sorry Jeska). The threads following the poll should atleast have one Linden edited post.

Edit to add: Extra points if a Linden posts his/her opinion in your poll (warnings do not count, but are credited).
