I'm getting 1/4th of a sim for my mall. I need an experianced building for a quick and easy job, perferably custom texturing. I have a layout drawn, an idea in my head, and i'm willing to work with the builder 100% to make it perfect.

I will pay, but I won't pay an arm and a leg for a simple job.
