The First Floor is a job section for multiple of available jobs.
The Second Floor is a land section for lands that are available.
The Third Floor is a business section for all type of commercial purpose. Like shop for rent, house for rent, apartment for rent, zyngo, etc....
It is also located near a learn avatar program that help new residents start Second Life. They will eventually need jobs, lands, and other materials.
