Price for rent : 16 Linden/per week for one 16 sqm roadside ad-spot.
Price for sale : 300 to 500 Linden per 16 sqm roadisde parcel.
Price reduction if you want to set up a shop or rent the parcel for a shop
Total number parcels are between 20 to 35 , in 20 to 30 different sims.
You can also rent it to put a tree on. The price will be the average per sqm Tier I have to pay to Linden Lab plus the VAT. If you rent more than 50% of my reclaimed ad-lands to place trees. we will divide the tiers 50,50. plus you can rezz one box under each tree you can plant on the lands.
